Site services for facilities and property managers — UK-wide.
Road sweepers, skips, grab hire and waste collections for the sites you manage — arranged through one contact, run on one schedule and billed on one consolidated invoice. No chasing four suppliers to keep one estate clean.
The three core services
Each service works on its own — but most managed sites need all three, and they run better coordinated.
Road sweepers
Large and compact sweepers for site approaches, estate roads, retail parks and car parks — one-off cleans or scheduled daily, weekly and monthly programmes, with licensed disposal of sweepings.
Road sweeper hire →Skips & containers
4-yard skips through to 40-yard RoRo containers on exchange programmes, with highway permits arranged and a waste transfer note for every collection.
Skip hire options →Grab hire
6 and 8-wheel self-loading grabs for stockpiled arisings, verge clearance and bulk muck away — and the same lorry can back-load aggregate on the return leg.

One point of contact
Tell us the sites, the services and the frequency. You deal with one account manager — not a different supplier for sweeps, skips and grabs.
A programme, not one-off bookings
Scheduled sweeps, standing skip exchanges and planned collections against your site schedule — with reactive cover when something changes.
Consolidated paperwork
Duty-of-care notes, weighbridge tickets and service records from every visit, and one consolidated invoice across all services and sites.
One-off, scheduled or multi-site
- •One-off jobs — a single sweep, skip or grab load booked like any other job; no contract needed.
- •Scheduled programmes — weekly sweeps, standing skip exchanges and planned collections against a site schedule.
- •Multi-site contracts — one agreement covering several properties or live projects, with per-site reporting.
- •Reactive cover — fast-response sweeping and clearance after incidents, spillages or programme changes.
Compliance, as standard
Waste movements run under registered waste-carrier cover to licensed facilities, sweepings go to permitted sites, and every visit is backed by duty-of-care paperwork you can file or forward to clients.

Facility management FAQs
- What does a facility management arrangement with Atlas cover?
- The core services are road sweeping, skip and container provision, grab hire and site waste collections — with aggregate and topsoil supply on the same account where you need material in as well as waste out. Programmes are built around your sites and can cover a single property or a portfolio.
- Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
- No. One-off sweeps, skips and grab loads can be booked like any other job. Scheduled programmes and multi-site arrangements exist to make repeat work easier to manage — rolling arrangements with agreed frequencies, not lock-ins.
- Can you cover multiple sites in different cities?
- Yes. We coordinate local operators across the UK under one agreement, so each site gets a local unit while you keep one contact, one schedule and consolidated invoicing across the portfolio.
- What compliance paperwork do we receive?
- Duty-of-care waste transfer notes for every waste movement, weighbridge tickets for tonnage, and service records for sweeps — formatted to drop into site files, audits and client or BREEAM reporting.
- How do service levels and frequencies get agreed?
- We agree the schedule with you up front — sweep frequency, exchange days, collection windows — then review it against what the sites actually produce. Frequencies flex up or down as occupancy and programmes change.
- Can we add or remove services mid-programme?
- Yes. Sites change — a sweep-only arrangement can add skips during a refurbishment, or grab hire during groundworks, and drop back afterwards. One account makes that a phone call rather than a new supplier search.
- Do you handle reactive and emergency work?
- Yes — reactive sweeping after incidents or spillages, urgent skip exchanges and short-notice grab loads are all part of the service, alongside the planned schedule.
- Who do you typically work with?
- Facilities management companies, property and asset managers, housing associations, main contractors and managing agents responsible for retail parks, industrial estates, housing developments and commercial sites.
What we need to quote
Send these five things and a price comes back within one working day — no site visit needed in most cases.
- 1Site postcode, and the delivery or collection window you're working to
- 2Material and tonnage — or the area and depth, and we'll work the tonnage back
- 3Access: whether an 8-wheeler can get in and tip, whether a grab has to reach over a boundary, or whether it has to be bulk bags
- 4Anything overhead or restrictive — cables, low gates, weight limits, permit or bay suspension
- 5Whether material is going out as well as coming in, so we can price it as one two-way movement
